Karyn Chalk lives in Dunedin, New Zealand. She discovered Havening Techneiques through her own journey and now provides education and support in resilience building to individuals and organsiations.
Karyn has been running "Switching Off At Night" seminars online and within organisations. Alongside this she has developed a free 7 part video series on her website, utilised by nurses, counsellors, firefighters, police and teachers.
Karyn has a varied background in human resources, training and development, rehabilitation, clinical supervision, advocacy and mediation with individuals as well as corporate and government organisations. These weave together to enrich Karyn’s understanding of how the simplicity of havening can produce powerful, positive and permanent change. She is able to masterfully combine her theoretical knowledge and practical coaching experience to tailor her approach for outstanding results. She has a natural ability to reach the heart of a wide range of problems in a relaxed, pragmatic and friendly way.
She has qualifications in Applied Science (Human Nutrition), Education and Dispute Resolution, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Positive Neuroplasticity Training.
Through the power of Havening Techniques, Karyn observed how quickly her clients moved from difficult situations to a happy, healthy, productive and resilient way of being. What excites her the most is how these changes immediately ripple out to improve relationships at home, in the workplace and in the community.
